By accessing or using the Site, or by joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that, if you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Site and Pre-Launch Waitlist

The Site provides marketing and informational content about Wrangler’s forthcoming software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”). The Service is not yet available. You may join a waitlist to receive updates about the Service’s launch and related communications from Wrangler.

Any statements on the Site about the future Service are forward-looking, subject to change, and do not create any commitment or obligation on the part of Wrangler. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or the waitlist at any time, without notice, and we are under no obligation to launch or continue to develop the Service.

3. Communications

By joining the waitlist or submitting your email address, you consent to receive email communications from Wrangler about the Service, launch updates, and related products and offerings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us at legal@wrangler.ai.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, code, and design — are owned by Wrangler or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display, or create derivative works of any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, products, or services (for example, our LinkedIn page and third-party analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Disclaimers

Any information on the Site regarding the future Service is subject to change and does not create any commitment or obligation on the part of Wrangler.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wrangler and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
