SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Wrangler Technologies, Inc. (“Wrangler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to your mobile device. By opting into SMS messages from Wrangler.ai through a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Wrangler.ai and you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Consent to Receive Messages

We send text messages only to people who ask us to. You give your consent by checking the SMS opt-in box and submitting your mobile number on our demo request form at https://www.wrangler.ai/demo, on another Wrangler.ai web form, or by texting START to a Wrangler.ai number.

The opt-in language shown on our web forms reads:

Yes, text me about my demo. By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS messages from Wrangler.ai at the mobile number provided.

By checking that box and submitting the form, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided, and you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Wrangler.ai at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. The box is never pre-checked, and you can request a demo, be contacted, and buy from us without opting into text messages. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 6 below.

2. Program Description

The Wrangler SMS program is intended to keep you informed about the Wrangler service, respond to your requests, and support your use of the Wrangler website and, once available, our software platform for field service businesses.

To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-subscribe, sign up again the same way you did the first time.

8. Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile phone number. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use the information for any other purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide in order to opt in.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
