SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Wrangler Technologies, Inc. (“Wrangler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to your mobile device. By opting into SMS messages from Wrangler.ai through a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Wrangler.ai and you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

The Wrangler SMS program is intended to keep you informed about the Wrangler service, respond to your requests, and support your use of the Wrangler website and, once available, our software platform for field service businesses.

2. Types of Messages

You may receive SMS messages that include, but are not limited to:

• Waitlist confirmations and launch updates
• Account notifications, including verification codes and security alerts
• Product and service notifications
• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
• Order and job status alerts
• Customer support communications and conversational replies
• Occasional marketing and promotional messages (only where permitted)

3. Messaging Frequency

Messaging frequency may vary based on your activity, preferences, and account settings.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-subscribe, sign up again the same way you did the first time.

7. Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except with service providers that support message delivery on our behalf.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide in order to opt in.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
